How do I sync my data to the engineering team?
Once you finish a walk-down, tap the "Submit" button in the Review screen. ArcWalk will bundle your data and photos into an encrypted project file and upload it automatically in the background. Ensure you have an active data or Wi-Fi connection.
Can I use the app without a cellular connection?
Yes. ArcWalk is designed for mechanical rooms and basements with limited connectivity. You can perform your entire walk-down offline; all data and photos are saved securely on your device and will sync as soon as you return to a coverage area.
Is the captured field data encrypted?
Yes. All personal information and project metadata are encrypted at rest on your device using hardware-backed keys. Data transfers to our backend are secured via TLS 1.2+ encryption.
